7 days of being charged and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
When you can get a refund
- First purchase: full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying.
- Yearly renewal: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the renewal charge, in case you forgot to cancel.
- After 7 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel any time so you won't be charged again.
How to ask
Email info@insideandroid.in from the address you bought with, or include that address and your order ID from the receipt. That's it; you don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We process refund requests within 2 business days.
- The money goes back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Your subscription is cancelled and your license key stops working, usually within 24 hours.
Cancelling without a refund
If you just want to stop renewing, cancel from the link in your receipt or by email. Your license keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. See the Terms.
Problems before refunds
If something isn't working, a site that doesn't trigger or a GIF that won't load, write to us first. We're often able to fix it. The refund is still there if we can't.
