Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Mood Reactions Chrome extension and its license ("the Service"), provided by Ayaz Qureshi, India ("we", "us"). By buying a license or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. What you get
A license lets you use Mood Reactions on up to 3 browsers at a time for as long as your subscription is active. The license is personal to you; please don't share, resell or publish your key.
2. Price, billing and renewal
- The license is a yearly subscription: ₹299/year in India and $9.99/year elsewhere, taxes included, unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- You're charged up front, and the subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
- If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you in advance.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing info@insideandroid.in. The license stays active until the end of the year you've paid for, then stops.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal. See the Refund Policy.
5. Fair use
Please don't:
- try to bypass the license check or use the Service without a valid license,
- scrape, overload or reverse-engineer our server or its API,
- use the Service to break any law or anyone else's terms.
We may suspend a license that's being abused or shared, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
6. GIFs and third-party content
Reaction GIFs come from GIPHY and belong to their respective owners. We filter for general-audience content, but we don't create or control the GIFs and can't guarantee every one will suit every situation. You can turn reactions off for any site.
7. How detection works, and its limits
The extension spots events from what a page says and does. It will miss some events and may occasionally react when it shouldn't. It's a fun add-on, not a payment or security tool. Never rely on it to confirm that a payment or login actually happened.
8. Changes and availability
We may improve or change the Service over time. If we ever shut it down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any active yearly license.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Service handles.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
